Terms of use
These terms describe the basic expectations for using Spotly during its controlled pilot. Additional customer, business, staff, driver, or payment terms may be presented for a specific service.

Using Spotly
Use accurate information, protect your account, follow the instructions shown for each service, and do not misuse the platform or interfere with another person’s access.
Pilot availability
Spotly features may open by invitation, area, business, or account type. A visible business listing does not always mean ordering, booking, payment, delivery, or another transaction is available.
Business information
Businesses and authorized representatives are responsible for confirming public details, locations, offerings, prices, availability, operating hours, and customer instructions before publication or use.
Orders and payments
The final price, payment method, pickup or fulfilment details, cancellation terms, and any applicable fee must be shown before confirmation. A transaction is not complete until Spotly displays the relevant confirmation state.
Support and corrections
Report an incorrect listing, account problem, order issue, or payment concern through Spotly Support. Include the relevant reference while avoiding passwords, one-time codes, or payment PINs.
Changes
Spotly may update these terms as the pilot, supported services, and operating procedures develop. Material changes should be presented before they apply to continued use where appropriate.
